What does it involve
When you hire our lawn maintenance service, you ensure that your lawn stays beautiful all year long. We’ll give it the seasonal treatment it requires, from mowing in the summer to fertilizer in the spring. The result? A gorgeous lawn, all year around.
How does it work?
First, we come to your residence or business to assess the size and needs of the lawn. Do we need to reseed, weed, add turf, apply fertilizer? We ascertain the situation and tell you exactly what you’ll need to get your lawn back in shape so it’s beautiful, lush and green.
Fall & Spring Clean Ups
Spring Clean Up - Lawn Areas
- Hand rake or power rake lawn
- Pick up yard waste
- Disposal not included
Spring Clean Up - Planting Beds
- Pick up branches
- Hand rake and blow out beds
- Weed and edge beds
- Prune dead and broken branches from trees and shrubs
Fall Leaf Clean Up
At the end of October and the month of November, we visit the site about every 10 days. We clean the leaves from the lawn and planting beds. The lawn will still be mowed each visit. Leaves will be left at the curb. Our last visit is always after all the leaves are down. Because of the nature of this work we will bill this out as a time and material job.
*Lead disposal is charged per cubic yard
*Denotes "if needed". This is an additional service. Materials & labor will be billed if applied.
